IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for system monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, vendor management and ensuring compliance with IT policies and industry standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, networks, servers and software applications by managing their performance, maintenance and security. Maintain operational continuity and meet business needs. This position is 100% Onsite and not open for Remote.

IT Manager Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Management: Maintain IT and MES infrastructure including servers, network, machine and data collection and visualization, cloud connectivity to optimize performance and efficiency.

- System Monitoring: Monitor IT systems to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime.

- Incident Monitoring: Lead incident response efforts to quickly diagnose, address and document IT-related incidents.

- Capacity Planning: Proactively access and manage IT capacity to meet future business demands.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors to procure, implement and support IT solutions

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

- Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems from cyber threats.

- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and regularly update disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of outages.

- Policy Development: Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience :

* Minimum **4 years of experience** in IT management or a similar leadership role.

* Proven track record in managing **business applications** and **systems integration** , particularly within **consumer goods** or **retail environments**.

• Technical Expertise :

* Proficient in ERP systems, with deep knowledge of **Oracle NetSuite**.

* Skilled in **Order Management Systems (OMS)** , **POS systems** , and **E-commerce platforms**.

• Systems & Integrations:

* Experienced in **API integrations** and **microservices architecture**.

* Strong grasp of **database management** , **system upgrades** , and **maintenance**.

• Security & Compliance:

* Familiar with **data security** , **compliance standards** , and **user access control frameworks**.

• Major Applications (Hands-on Experience) :

*  **Oracle NetSuite**

*  **ShipStation**

*  **Magento**

*  **Shopify**

*  **Celigo**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , or a related field.
