We are searching for an Information Technology Manager to provide technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees and leadership to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. You will be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Communicate technology strategy to leadership and use feedback for necessary improvements and adjustments
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Manage phone systems, copiers, printers, and internet providers
- Buying, management, recording for documentation, licenses and invoices for all hardware and software
- Work with compliance for cybersecurity and data management plan
- Oversee and work directly with IT company
- Responsible for set up and termination of employees
- Password management for all general software
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to train employees on technology
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
