    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to Microsoft Office 365, as well as supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM. Additionally, the IT Manager will oversee the setup, integration, and administration of various other tools used across the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and platform management to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and administer Microsoft Office 365, including user accounts, groups, and security protocols.

    Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems, including integration and optimization.

    Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity measures.

    Manage the setup, integration, and administration of various other tools used within the organization to ensure they function efficiently and are aligned with business needs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively resolve system and platform issues.

    Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Office 365 administration, including user and system management.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM systems.

    Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including network, server, and cybersecurity protocols.

    Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide prompt resolutions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
