Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Manager for a position in Columbus, OH.

• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems, software and services.
• Manage activities with 3rd party partners to ensure all requirements are being met at the lowest cost.
• Manage enterprise licensing activities to maximize cost efficiency while maintaining required updates.
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs and continually find areas of improvement.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups to minimize risk to the operations.
• Work with VP of Operations to create a technology roadmap that outlines the strategic direction for IT initiatives (short-term and long-term goals, technology investments, AI, and project timelines that align with the organization’s growth plans).
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed.
• Support team members by troubleshooting issues with the offices and remote employees.
• Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
• Travel to offices and remote locations as required to support operations.
• Submit monthly expense reports.
