Our client is seeking a Supervisor for their IT/OT Department to oversee and manage the IT/OT team, projects, and programs. Their mission is to provide reliable, affordable, and sustainable water resources and services that protect public health, the environment, and quality of life.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the IT/OT team, projects, and programs, including installation, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure to support operations.
• Assist with system troubleshooting, protocols, security, networking, backups, and updates.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to understand needs, develop strategies, and make recommendations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT/OT team.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• OT/SCADA experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and shifting priorities.
