    IT Project Manager

    The IT Project Manager will play a key role in our digital transformation by leading specific projects from initiation through implementation including planning, scoping, analysis, design, development, implementation, and post-launch hyper-care support. In addition, the IT PM will need to understand and assess the changing needs of the business by analyzing the impacts of change and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or another relevant field. A PMP is preferred.
    • 5+ years of project management and business analyst experience, including tracking and planning projects.
    • Proven experience with Application Development projects, with preferred experience in the following:
      • Experience with managing or analyzing SharePoint/PowerApps/.Net applications, implementing cloud-based solutions.
      • Experience with data conversion initiatives
      • SAP and Lotus Notes knowledge a plus
    • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
    • Validate business solutions meet business requirements/intent as well as meeting technology direction and best practices. Partner with business units to fully document business requirements for project deliverables.
    • Experience establishing business justification, project budget, track spend and communicate project spend rates.
    • Experience working in a matrixed operating model and managing multiple stakeholders in IT and business.
    • Strong communicator and collaborator. Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
    • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
    • Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
    • Provides coaching and mentoring to other project managers
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the products, systems, and processes within own functional area
    • Experience with Project Management Software (ServiceNow preferred)
    • Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
    • Proven experience of successfully leading projects through the project lifecycle with strong business partnership Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Organization Change Management experience and/or skills
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, across multiple business units, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities

    Key responsibilities

    • Full project life cycle ownership: Develop and manage all aspects of project from estimating, planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
    • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
    • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across global leadership.
    • Gather data and analyze business and user needs.
    • Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution.
    • Identify and resolve project issues.
    • Define objectives and scope of business system.
    • Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution.
    • Assist with developing project management and business analyst standards for the IT department.
