    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Data Center and Inventory Control to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data center operations, inventory management, and project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Data Center Management: Oversee the operations of data centers, ensuring efficient performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.

    2. Inventory Control: Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of assets.

    3. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

    4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with data center operations and inventory control.

    5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    6. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

    7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on data center performance and inventory status, providing insights for decision-making.

    8. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement security measures to protect data and assets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, data center operations, and inventory control.

    • Solid experience with MS Excel.

    • Experience with vendors like Dell, HP, Super Micro.

    • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and inventory management systems.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • PMP certification or equivalent.

    • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

    • Experience with ITIL framework.
