    • Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time within the contracted scope and budget
    • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects and daily tasks, adapting to shifting priorities throughout the day
    • Approach tasks with tenacity, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to achieving exceptional results
    • Handle frequent transitions between project-focused and administrative duties while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
    • Lead the initiation and planning of a project, working with architects and engineers to ensure technical feasibility
    • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation
    • Demonstrate resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and drive project success and escalate challenges to upper leadership when needed
    • Foster clear and effective communication between project management team, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project coordination
    • Serve as a point of contact for all project-related updates, facilitating transparent and consistent reporting.
    • Facilitate and own project change requests, working with stakeholders proactively to scope and seek approval for out-of-scope requests
    • Perform risk management activities to reduce project risks
    • Assign, schedule, prioritize and facilitate the project tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all project team members are actively working toward successful completion of the project on time and on budget
    • Support administrative functions, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining project management systems, to ensure operational efficiency
    • Prepare concise, accurate reports and updates to leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of demonstrated success in multitasking project management roles, preferably in an IT setting
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification preferred
    • Prior experience in consulting preferred
    • Proven ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic workload with frequent task-switching and competing deadlines
    • Experience managing multiple simultaneous technical projects while maintaining focus and quality
    • Strong work ethic with a passion for solving problems, learning new skills, and accomplishing ambitious goals
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Demonstrated understanding and execution of PM processes, strategies, and methods
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and a desire to continually improve
    • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
    • Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call schedules as project needs arise
    • Financial acumen preferred
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
