Job Title: IT Project Manager – MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Location: Onsite/Hybrid – Austin, TX Work Schedule: Onsite Monday to Thursday; Remote on Fridays Duration: 4 months (through September 2025, potential extension to October) Candidate Type: Local candidates only

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple internal software development initiatives focused on our Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role is based onsite in Austin, TX and supports a collaborative, fast-moving team working on custom solutions that power laser engraving processes in our manufacturing operations.

You’ll manage 2–3 concurrent projects and guide a skilled team of 8–12 developers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and brings strong Agile/Scrum expertise.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage software development projects for MES systems • Oversee project planning, task assignment, and sprint execution • Conduct daily scrum meetings and ensure timely project delivery • Collaborate closely with in-house developers (.NET/C#) and stakeholders • Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams • Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and manage project risks

Required Qualifications • 6–8 years of experience in IT Project Management • Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum teams • Familiarity with .NET/C# environments (development experience is a plus, but not required) • Strong communication and leadership skills • Experience managing custom software projects in a manufacturing or MES setting is highly preferred
