Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in an IT project management role.
• 2-3+ years of experience within a SaaS environment, software implementations.
• Proven experience in software configuration and system integrations.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of system architecture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering)

Plusses

• PMP certification or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience working with enterprise retail clients.
