    Project Manager – Software Development

    The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software-related projects on time and within scope. This role ensures that all project requirements are met while coordinating the efforts of internal teams and external consultants. Additionally, the Project Manager defines and oversees test plans and validation scenarios to ensure successful implementation and may support Senior and Lead Project Managers as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication materials.
    • Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with department managers to secure necessary project resources.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
    • Establish and maintain project timelines, schedules, and milestones using appropriate tools.
    • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Prepare and deliver status reports and requirements documentation.
    • Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
    • Define success criteria and communicate them across the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements.
    • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.
    • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
    • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Adaptability to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, and internal teams.
    • Proven ability to successfully lead projects with a strategic mindset and political awareness.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
    • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
    • 1-3 years of hands-on project management experience, including all phases of project execution.
