Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Head for our Fixed Income IT Consulting services in LA, New York and San Francisco
Role
Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore and onshore Consulting services in Capital Markets or (BFSI ) Banking, Financial Services and Insurance space
Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met
Identify and target new business opportunities
Forecasting, preparing bids, negotiating, and managing the sale cycle.
Qualifications
Must have large deals experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector
Extensive C level contacts and experience at senior level
Proven major wins of new multi-million Capital Markets Services / offshoring / outsourcing deals
Extensive and current experience of services / offshoring
Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings.
Additional Information
Compensation - 140K plus commissions and bonus upto 200K
