Job Description
Rx Help Centers seeks a Full-Time / Part-Time IT Specialist.
IT support will be responsible for issues related to day to day operations of internal systems, helpdesk tickets, set up and maintenance of new PC's as needed, collaboration between departments when regarding technical issues, etc.
Other responsibilities as warranted by operation staff.
IT specialist will report directly to the V.P. of Operations.
Full Time (Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm)
Part Time (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm)
Federal Holidays off
PTO & 401K offered with company match
Qualifications
Qualified Applicants Must:
Proficient with PC's in general, maintenance, AV scheduling, schedule updates, etc. to optimize 'up time'.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as other cloud based tools.
Strong communication skills within an office environment; be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Must have Help Desk experience or verifiable small to mid size IT experience required.
Ability and willingness to go above and beyond providing quick and accurate solutions.
Attention to detail is a MUST.
