    Job Summary:

    Working within a team, the IT Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the IT needs of highly mobile consultants working in multiple offices across the US with multiple system platforms such as Lenovo Thinkpad, Apple Macbook, and Surface Pro. This position will partner with the IT Manager to identify and implement IT strategies and practices that will support the success of our consultants.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Consulting an internal ticket tracking system to prioritize workload
    • Responding to consultants via email, phone, Teams messaging, and in person
    • Facilitating the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptop, and peripherals
    • Facilitating the installation, configuration, and maintenance of application and operating system software and upgrades
    • Supporting SharePoint Online, Egnyte Cloud Serve, and ESRI Online configuration and deployments
    • Assisting with new user set ups including the creation of accounts
    • Assisting with FTP site creations
    • Troubleshooting and repairing minor hardware and network connectivity issues
    • Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
    • Analyzing hardware and software problems and developing solutions
    • Assisting with network, software, and hardware upgrades
    • Assisting with server upgrades and monitoring
    • Assisting with various special assignment projects
    • Supporting departments with various specialized applications including but not limited to Deltek, Adobe, ESRI, Web hosting, and any new or replacement apps
    • Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/ WAN performance, connectivity and related network problems
    • Post-deployment monitoring and testing
    • Creating and maintaining documentation of IT configurations and processes

    Requirements:

    • Experience in Microsoft applications and operating systems, SharePoint, hardware support, networking, user management, and general computer environment troubleshooting.
    • Excellent oral communication skills including presenting analytical results to clients or stakeholders
    • Ability to solve complex problems
    • Diligent, enthusiastic, and team-player attitude
    • Ability to travel up to once per quarter (depending on need/projects)

    The salary range for the IT Support Associate position is $60k to $75k. Compensation depends on education and experience.
