Job Description
- Provides on-going support to all Credit Union staff in the use of end-user hardware and software products; provides limited assistance to users developing applications with the standard user products; notifies users of useful new features available through product updates.
- Assists in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PCs, printers, terminals, etc., coordinating with vendors and other IT staff to resolve hardware, software, and network problems as necessary.
- Installs end-user hardware and PC software; ensures that Credit Union employees know how to care for and maintain their terminals, printers, and PCs and understand procedures for data backup, network access, etc.
- Trains Credit Union staff to use standard PC-based office automation software tools by providing formal training and coordinating third-party training providers.
- Demonstrates the Credit Union's Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability).
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- A two-year college degree, completion of a specialized certification or licensing, completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
- Hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Some after hours or weekend work may be required.
