We’ll Provide:

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot laptops and network connections

• Set up new devices

• Support employees in-person and online

• Manage IT projects

• Provide excellent customer service

Skills You’ll Need:

• Valid license and reliable transportation - This specific position should be comfortable traveling to Menlo Park/Palo Alto, as well as occasionally other destinations between San Mateo and Sunnyvale

• Minimum 4 years IT industry experience in a corporate environment supporting end users

• Soft Skills: Ability to work with C level folks, attention to detail, self-motivated

• Experience with Office 365, Meraki, Intune, Okta

• Excellent understanding of managing Windows systems

• Excellent understanding of managing and using SaaS apps

• A strong understanding of networking computers and management of mobile devices (iPhone/Android) in a corporate environment

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs computer equipment and hardware, climb ladders, and use hand tools where necessary
