    Job Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with a strong background in MacBook support within a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting macOS devices in a corporate setting, with preferred knowledge of Jamf for device managemen t. You will play a key role in ensuring our end-users have a seamless and secure experience with their devices, productivity tools, and collaboration platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide tier 1 and 2 support for macOS devices, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

    • Configure, deploy, and maintain MacBooks using Jamf Pro or other mobile device management (MDM) tools.

    • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.

    • Manage user accounts, licenses in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on MacBooks and escalate complex problems as necessary.

    • Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees including provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware and software.

    • Assist with network and printer configurations for macOS users.

    • Document support processes, maintain asset inventory, and ensure compliance with company IT policies.

    • Collaborate with the broader IT team on projects and initiatives that impact end-user computing.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualification:

    • 2+ years’ experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role, primarily focused on macOS.

    • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services.

    • Experience with Jamf Pro (or equivalent MDM) for managing Apple devices.

    • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and identity/access management.

    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.

    • Team works play required and excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Jamf 100 or 200 certification (or equivalent experience).

    • Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or AppleScript) for automation.

    • Knowledge of Intune or other endpoint management tools.

    • Experience working in a hybrid or remote workforce environment.
