The IT Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems across the organization. This individual will provide technical support, manage system administration tasks, oversee device and printer management, and contribute to IT systems design and business analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification and either hold or be willing to obtain the Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification within the first few months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage service desk ticket queues, prioritizing issues based on user impact and business needs.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and cloud service issues, including internet and phone outages.
Address non-computer-related technical issues (e.g., AV equipment, security cameras, access systems).
Provide in-person, remote, and phone support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize software and hardware.
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, Onedrive.
Administer business services such as Adobe, ShareFile, and phone systems.
Conduct cybersecurity training and simulation exercises.
Maintain and document hardware inventory, including mobile devices managed via MDM systems.
Configure, Monitor and manage printers
Basic troubleshooting of confrence room system and cameras
