    Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking to ad another team member to our IT Department This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-mid career IT professional or student seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. As a part-time IT Support Technician, you will not only assist with critical day-to-day technical support, but also gain exposure to core areas of modern IT operations - including system administration, security, compliance, and healthcare technology.

    You’ll work closely with the IT Systems & Security Analyst and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s secure and compliant use of technology. We support a diverse set of endpoints and platforms, including Windows, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices. We utilize services from Azure, Microsoft 365, Adobe, several healthcare-centric tools, and a leading electronic health record (EHR) platform, MatrixCare.

    REQUIRED: Experience in an IT helpdesk, support, or technical service role Familiarity with Windows operating systems, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices strong written & verbal communication skills ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to prioritize multiple support requests

    PREFERRED Experience with an EHR system Proficient in Microsoft 365/ Microsoft TEAMS Basic networking, user account management, and IT asset tracking Service desk or ticketing system Installing and troubleshooting Audio/Video equipment and multi function printers

    EDUCATION: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Equivalent experience or technical training will also be considered

    PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ or CompTIA ITF+ or Google IT Support Professional Certificate or equivalent Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar Apple Device Support Certification or similar
