    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled IT & Systems Administrator to oversee the technical infrastructure and digital systems for our parking management company. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking management software, gate systems, digital payment systems, and related technologies across all of our locations. The IT & Systems Administrator will play a key role in maintaining system security, integrating new technologies, and supporting operational efficiency through technological advancements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. System Administration & Maintenance:

    o Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of parking management software and related IT systems.

    o Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company communications systems, including IP Phones and Radios.

    o Oversee the configuration and management of cloud based software solutions used by the company including HRIS, Reservation Management Systems, Ticket Management Systems and other cloud based SaaS.

    o Ensure all hardware and software systems are fully operational, including payment processing, ticketing, and surveillance technologies.

    o Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues across all locations.

    1. Technology Integration & Innovation:

    o Lead efforts to implement new technologies or upgrade existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

    o Work with other departments (Operations, Marketing, HR) to integrate systems for data sharing, reporting, and analytics.

    o Stay up-to-date on trends in the parking industry to propose innovative tech solutions.

    1. Security & Compliance:

    o Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.

    o Manage IT security, including firewalls, encryption, and secure data storage to protect customer and financial data.

    o Conduct regular audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

    1. Vendor & Contractor Management:

    o Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.

    o Negotiate contracts, manage IT budgets, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

    1. Team Leadership & Training:

    o Supervise and guide IT support staff (if applicable), ensuring proper troubleshooting and on-site assistance.

    o Provide training for local managers, facilities maintenance staff and operational staff on IT system usage, updates, and best practices.

    1. Reporting & Documentation:

    o Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.

    o Generate regular performance reports on system uptime, user satisfaction, and incidents.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Education:

    o Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL) preferred.

    Experience:

    o 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role, preferably within a service-oriented or operations-focused company.

    o Proven experience managing and supporting complex IT systems, including parking management systems, payment systems, and surveillance technologies.

    Technical Skills:

    o Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and database management.

    o Experience with cloud-based systems and cybersecurity protocols.

    o Proficiency in software integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.

    Leadership & Communication:

    o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    o Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

    o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.

    Additional Skills:

    o Ability to adapt to new technology and drive change within the organization.

    o Ability to work with executive team to develop new technical solutions.

    o Strong software development background is a big plus.

    o Understanding of the parking management industry is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    Location: Seatac, WA (with occasional travel to various parking locations for system audits and support).

    Work Hours: Standard office hours, with occasional flexibility needed for after-hours support or system updates. Occasional emergency response for company’s mission critical systems.
