    Our client is looking for a driven IT Systems Administrator to join their team.     The IT Systems Administartor is a key contributor to the daily operations of the organization, responsible for overseeing IT systems, ensuring efficient technology support, and managing cloud resources. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Position: IT Systems Administrator
    Compensation: $80K-$100K
    Location: Lincoln, NE - Hybrid

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the IT operations team, offering guidance and training to IT staff, contractors, and consultants.

    • Contribute to the performance evaluation process for IT operations personnel.

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

    • Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure operational efficiency and timely project completion.

    • Provide tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 support for cloud services and managed services, while coordinating with cloud service providers.

    • Develop and implement troubleshooting processes to resolve IT issues efficiently.

    • Maintain and update documentation for cloud systems, procedures, and best practices.

    • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

    • Develop and document project requirements.

    • Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.

    • Assess and recommend technologies to improve organizational efficiency.

    • Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard sensitive data and cloud systems.

    • Manage and execute digital literacy initiatives as approved by the CIO.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

    • Work with managed services Security Operations Center (SOC) providers to conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

    • Experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.

    • Strong expertise in cloud-based Microsoft ecosystem tools (e.g., Azure, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive) for enterprise use.

    • Proficiency in cloud services management and optimization.

    • Solid understanding of IT security best practices and technologies.

    • Hands-on experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.

    • Proficiency in managing incident tickets and prioritizing tasks effectively.
