We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Technical Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure, supporting employee systems, and helping to scale our technical capabilities across multiple environments. You'll partner with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver seamless IT experiences.
Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and systems).
Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees (laptops, access provisioning, etc.).
Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, Linux systems, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Configure and manage device and endpoint security systems (MDM, antivirus, etc.).
Ensure secure and scalable network infrastructure (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.).
Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.
Collaborate with the InfoSec team to enforce IT policies and support audits.
Document standard operating procedures and provide internal training when needed.
Support SaaS platform integrations and manage user access/permissions.
1+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
Proficiency with macOS and Windows administration; familiarity with Linux is a plus.
Experience with device management tools (e.g., JAMF, Kandji, Intune, or similar).
Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with identity and access management (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace Admin).
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Familiarity with automation or scripting tools (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
Background in supporting cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, etc.) is a plus.
Salary Range: 75k-90k
