HIGHLIGHTS

** Degree Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred
** Location: Combination of mostly remote and some in-office (downtown Dallas)
** Position Type: Contract. Potential for long-term and/or conversion to full-time depending on needs and your performance

• Support provided is roughly 90% by email, 10% by phone

Your Daily Activities Will Include

• Providing support (about 90% by email, 10% by phone) to users of custom software

You Must Have

• A professional appearance and demeanor with excellent written and spoken English

What Your Background Should Look Like

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is strongly preferred
• 1+ years of deep technical software support for Microsoft applications, including Sharepoint, OR Apple Software
• An obvious passion for software
• Enjoys writing

You Will Be a Perfect Fit If You Have

• Are open to rotating shifts or the night shift
• Flexible with scheduling and working OT if needed
