As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Technician to join our team. This position will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our technology infrastructure while supporting operational excellence.
Position Summary
The IT Representative will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining systems, and driving process improvements across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to adapting and enhancing our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, resolving software, hardware, and network issues for internal teams.
Troubleshoot and maintain office technology to ensure optimal performance and minimal disruptions.
System Administration and Maintenance
Assist with the management and optimization of internal systems and platforms, including implementing updates and improvements.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
Process Improvement and Documentation
Identify and document IT workflows to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies.
Develop user guides and technical documentation to support organizational knowledge-sharing.
Equipment and Inventory Management
Oversee hardware and software inventory, ensuring licenses are current and equipment is in excellent condition.
Support the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and tools.
Collaboration and Innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stay informed of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to support company growth.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (experience in corporate or technical environments preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Familiarity with ticketing systems, system monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
Basic understanding of networking principles and cybersecurity practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to support users of varying technical abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Competencies
Experience with scripting or automation tools to streamline processes.
Knowledge of IT best practices, including security protocols and process optimization.
A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
