Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable IT / VOIP Technician to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will discover our customers’ business objectives and provide strategic advice on how they can best use technology to achieve their goals. You will provide technical training and help clients learn how to best integrate their technology systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including VoIP systems and Firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT, VoIP, and Firewall network issues proactively.
Collaborate with team members to implement and optimize VoIP and Firewall solutions.
Conduct regular security audits and updates to ensure system integrity.
Provide technical support and training to users on VoIP and Firewall technologies.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT, VoIP, and Firewall technologies.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with VoIP systems, Firewalls, and network infrastructure.
Proficiency in VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and Firewall technologies.
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
