Position Description:
This position will troubleshoot existing software, configurations, and associated interfaces;
interact with internal and external customers, law enforcement agency partners and third-party vendors.
provide support for data exchanges, including Open Data provide technical support of any critical system change, upgrade, migration, and implementation.
Applicants must have experience in Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ) and Shell scripting.
Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Law Enforcement Critical Systems and Interfaces.
Database development experience is needed, as well as writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
The responsibilities include those of a systems analyst that must be able to support application and interfaces.
At least 3 years would be preferred and previous experience Supporting and Troubleshooting Law Enforcement Systems and Interfaces is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
Other combinations of experience and education, which meet the minimum requirements, may be substituted.
