ITG Brands’ Production Maintenance team maximizes the value of the organization through analysis, planning, and implementation of management resources while balancing risk and profitability. The Engineering Intern will evaluate current PM program on Legacy Equipment using best practices, emerging trends, and strategies to improve OEE. Recommendations/Model to improve PM Program will consider current cost, hourly headcount, salary team, production schedule, and PM frequency. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Understanding and utilizing data-driven technology (Excel, SAP, and/or Power Point)Understanding Production Maintenance role and responsibilities in driving OEE ImprovementInternship Qualifications:Be at least 21 years of ageBe a student who has completed coursework toward an undergrad degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineers and/or related fieldsBe intermediate-advanced in MS Office productsHave excellent verbal and written communication skills At ITG Brands, interns are assigned challenging projects that create opportunity for exposure to other aspects of the business.
