    Job Title: ITIL Project Coordinator

    Industry: Hospital & Health Care

    Location: Brooklyn, NY | 2-3 days on-site upon need. Applicants must reside within a 30-mile commute radius and should be willing to travel upon need.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and manage ITIL-based projects within the hospital and healthcare environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and administrative departments, to ensure project success.

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time.

    Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.

    Implement ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency within the organization.

    Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on ITIL processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to project management processes, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

    Support the integration of new technologies and systems into existing workflows, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and services.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

    Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.

    Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its application in the healthcare environment.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

    Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    Certification in ITIL or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
