Compensation: +/- $70000 to commensurate with experience
REQUIRED PROFICIENCIES: AutoCAD and customer service (no cold calls/emails -- all sales are inbound for this role and require emailed correspondence 95%+ of the time.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Ventilation Hood design experience

· Moderate understanding of Building HVAC Systems in order to design and design and quote projects
SCOPE Reports to Inside Sales Manager. Position will support the Field Selling Organization (FSO) to achieve sales goals as set forth in Annual Plan, execute the request for quote to release for fabrication process for FSO, Foodservice Consultants, Mechanical Engineers, Targeted Specifiers and Dealers to achieve year-over-year growth in quotes, sales and hit-rate. Support Market Segment Focus (MSF) events as assigned. A wide degree of creativity is expected.
FUNCTION
Under direct supervision, provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established organization products. Supports unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities. Typical pre-sales activities include gaining understanding of customer's business and analysis of customer's system and product needs. Prepare cost estimates and engineered drawings by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, consultants and other professional or technical personnel. Typical post-sale activities include gathering data and information on customer and participating in developing presentations relative to keeping customer current on how organization's product enhancements can meet customer's changing business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Learn, operate and optimize the RFQ through RFF processes.
· Process orders and releases as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
· Read plans and kitchen layouts; interpret into hood designs.
· Use approved design tools to design, draw and quote project opportunities within requested and reasonable due dates.
· Design fire suppression, Ansul Systems.
· Design and quote DCV (Demand Control Ventilation)
· Support Sales Reps and foodservice consultants as assigned by Sales Manager.
· Assists in the preparation and presentation of technical proposals of how organization's products can meet the customer’s needs.
· Assists in the preparation and presentation of customer systems/equipment needs to assure complete plan is feasible within cost, time, and environment constraints.
· Assist and support methods to measure the customer experience and post on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) boards track and improve performance towards 100% customer satisfaction.
· Support a culture and work practice with peers where performance on response times, accuracy and follow-thru meets Sales Manager objectives.
· Report competitive landscape to Sales Manager regularly and recommend appropriate change to advance our competitive advantage.
· Practice safe work environment guidelines according to policy.
