We are seeking an experienced IV&V Professional with expertise in Workday implementations to ensure the quality, functionality, and compliance of Workday systems. The ideal candidate will independently validate and verify Workday modules, configurations, and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations. This is critical to ensure successful, on-time, and compliant system deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform independent assessments of Workday configurations to ensure they meet functional and business requirements.

Review and evaluate Workday workflows, data migrations, and system integrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Verify system configurations for Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, and other related modules.

Conduct end-to-end testing of Workday system functionalities to ensure outputs align with business objectives.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and regression testing.

Ensure that integrations with other systems are seamless and data flows accurately.

Identify risks related to Workday system implementations and provide actionable solutions to mitigate them.

Report and track issues, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for system improvements.

Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards, such as HIPAA and GDPR, in system configurations.

Work closely with project teams, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to align testing with business requirements.

Provide regular, comprehensive reports on findings, progress, and issue resolution.

Document test results, system configurations, and any deviations from requirements.

Ensure all Workday configurations meet industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain clear documentation on testing, configurations, and project progress, ensuring audit-ready reports.

Basic Qualification:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementations, focusing on HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules.

At least 3 years of experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) roles, especially within Workday systems.

Experience in testing methodologies and tools (e.g., UAT, functional testing, regression testing).

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and IT risk management.
