Responsibilities:

Track and organize store inventory

Supervise team of retail sales workers

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Occasional purchases of product

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Assist owner with new creative ideas to implement

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Previous experience in social media content creating or graphic designing is a plus

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
