    The Opportunity:

You will be the hero while scheduling calls and working with Technicians to make sure both are set up for success.     Responsibilities:

    • You will have the opportunity to work with AMAZING clients every day, scheduling service calls, maintenance appointments, issuing purchase orders, maximizing the job board and being the Technicians biggest cheerleader. We deliver 5-star Customer Service on every call and it starts with you!
    • You will have the opportunity to learn about the trades and have advancement opportunities as the company grows. The more you learn, the more opportunities you will have.

    • Responsible for making outbound calls giving reminders of upcoming appointments, scheduling maintenance calls, status updates, happy calls and follow up sales as needed. An opportunity to make bonuses and commissions on sales!
    • Listen to understand customer concerns when conflict happens while looking for a favorable solution.
    • Coordinate with Service Team to Dispatch Technicians per skill level and location.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Competencies for Success:

    • Prior customer service experience
    • Basic clerical and prior data entry experience.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point; Service Titan experience a plus.
    • Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to provide 5-star customer service through building trust, demonstrating empathy and creating relationships for life.
    • Outstanding Team Player that blends well with all levels of the organization, vendors and customers who enjoys working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
    • High energy with a positive outlook. Mindset is key!

    Compensation:
