Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Managing employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
- Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive work environment
Finance:
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, vendor management and collections
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Assisting with financial audits and ensuring adherence to accounting standards
- Assist CPA with annual and quarterly filing requirements
- Ensure financial statements are up to date and accurate weekly
