TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR INCOME BY DIVING INTO A CAREER WITH INCREDIBLY HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL! UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE WITH AVERAGE OTE OF $65,000-$100,000. THIS IS A BASE ($40,000) PLUS COMMISSION ROLE.

IDEAL AGENT IS GROWING OUR CLIENT CONCIERGE TEAM! FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING AND THIS IS WHERE OUR CLIENT CONCIERGE TEAM COMES IN. THEY ARE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR OUR CLIENTS REACHING OUT VIA OUR WEBSITE OR INBOUND CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION ON IDEAL AGENT AND OUR HOME SELLING AND BUYING PROCESS. YOU WILL NEED TO BE CONFIDENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE HOME SELLING AND BUYING PROCESS TO COMMUNICATE WITH SELLERS AND BUYERS ABOUT THEIR GOALS AND CONNECT THEM WITH ONE OF OUR TOP-RATED LOCAL AGENTS. AFTER INTRODUCING THEM TO THEIR AGENT, YOU STAY IN CONTACT WITH THE CLIENTS ALONG THE WAY TO ENSURE THEY ARE RECEIVING 5-STAR LEVEL SERVICE AND RESULTS.

SOME WEEKEND AND EVENING AVAILABILITY IS A REQUIREMENT. THIS POSITION IS AN IN-OFFICE ROLE.

What you will be doing:

• Field incoming home seller/buyer clients

• Match and introduce clients to a top-rated real estate agent

• Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth selling and buying process

• Drive time-sensitive, detail-oriented tasks from offer to close for each of our transactions

• Work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously with moving parts for various clients, agents, and internal team members

Our Perfect Match:

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

• 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience

• Exceptional poise and presence on the phone

• The ability to make high volume calls to motivated home sellers

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in CRM experience a plus

• Real estate experience is a plus

• Associates Degree is a plus

• Active FL Real Estate License acquired within 90 days of employment
