Job Summary

We are seeking a BCBA to contract with our practice to provide supervision to our RBT's. If you are a BCBA who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods for RBT to implement

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Supervise work of RBT

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Required

Current and unrestricted license

Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
