Location: This position is fully remote but limited to applicants residing in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
Position Summary :We are seeking a talented and creative Illustrator to set the standards for 2d art for multiple teams. This role requires expertise in UI art, player-facing 2d art, and ability to assist in concepting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create high-quality illustrations that align with the visual style and design for multiple games
- Set the standards and requirements for external partner work, and evaluate and provide feedback to uphold the standards.
- Collaborate closely with the art and design teams to develop concept art, character designs, and environmental assets.
- Develop the iconography and illustration high water marks for multiple projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience doing illustration and UI art in the gaming industry
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques, with a focus on detailed and stylized artwork.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to context switch frequently to support multiple projects.
Compensation :
- Salary Range : $65,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
