POSITION TITLE: Operations Manager, High-end aircraft detailing

LOCATION: Cleveland area airports {CGF, CLE, BKL, etc..} Use of a company vehicle.

TYPE: Full-Time Salary

SALARY: $55k to 60k Annually, depending on experience, PLUS Profit Sharing!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold s valid driver’s license
• Background check
• Drug screening (We have a federal drug-testing program. Pre and Post-employment testing is required and does include Cannabis.
• Reliable transportation 24/7
• Legally eligible for US employment. We use E-verify.
• Three to five years of Management Experience.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
• Comfortable and physically able to work in various climates, weather conditions, with/on ladders, work stands, and at various heights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

As the Operation Manager, you will be immediately tasked with becoming a safety expert! Nothing is more important! You will oversee and take part in detailing some of the world's most amazing high-end luxury aircraft. THIS IS NOT A "HANDS-OFF" POSITION. You will often meet with, and interact professionally with, Immaculate Flight’s various clients. Your job duties will require you to be a coach. To lead by example, have a positive attitude, and you must have the ability to thank and praise your team every day! You will perform detailed cleaning tasks on/in and around high-end luxury corporate and/or commercial aircraft with your players. This is truly a Coaching job! Executed labor includes polishing of brightwork, paint polishes, and sealants, as well as duties involving the cleaning of passenger cabins, lavatories, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors.

WE WILL TRAIN YOU! Immaculate Flight has an extensive training program to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform your job. With Immaculate Flight, You will learn some of the highest levels of detailing processes in the world. The ability to travel for training may be required. Applicants must have a strong work ethic and the ability to build their bench for future growth.

Since we’re a mobile aircraft cleaning company, travel in company vehicles will be expected to various airports in and around the Cleveland area. For occasional trips over 24 hours, travel expenses will be paid for including per diem, hotel, and travel fees.

PROFIT SHARE:

Immaculate Flight proudly offers profit sharing to all team members. Share is based on position and location contribution. More on profit share will be discussed during the interview process.
