    Job Description

    Title: Part-Time Guest Educator

    Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour

    Schedule: up to 25 hours a week M- F

    POSITION OVERVIEW

KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools seeks part-time Guest Educators to work in our schools. These Guest Educators might provide coverage in several ways. One way might be to work in one position for a whole school day, for example, providing coverage while a teacher is out. Another way would be providing rotating coverage or "floating" when teachers at one of our schools are out, in a meeting, or are reporting elsewhere. Guest Educators might also work half-days.

This position is for an immediate start date. Guest Educators should be flexible to work at any of our campuses. Part-time Guest Educators would be scheduled on an as-needed basis and would be called in advance to confirm their assignment for the day and their daily schedules.

Guest Educators are expected to maintain high expectations for both behavior and academics in the classroom, and communicate with the team to ensure a smooth transition in classrooms.
