Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, be fluent in both English and Spanish and be committed to serving our diverse client base with the utmost professionalism and dedication. MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH Responsibilities: • Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters. • Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and other necessary documents. • Conduct client consultations and assessments. • Attend immigration hearings and court proceedings as necessary. • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations. • Collaborate with our legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Active membership in the Florida State Bar and in good standing. • Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing immigration law. • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. • Strong written and oral communication skills in both languages. • Excellent research and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills. • Reside in the Orlando area.
