As the perfect candidate, you will be pivotal in motivating clients to schedule consultations and ensuring they have a positive experience from their initial engagement with the firm to their consultation session. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, arranging consultations based on visa suitability, overseeing the intake process, gathering necessary information and documents, briefing attorneys with pertinent client information, and providing empathetic support throughout the client journey. Responsibilities: • Manage the client pipeline by handling incoming inquiries and persuading clients to enroll in services. • Schedule client consultations and meetings with attorneys using the Clio Case Management System. • Take charge of the intake process, developing systems to streamline procedures and maximize the capabilities of the Clio case management platform. • Understand clients' immigration needs, identify required assistance, and gather essential information through qualifying questions. • Coordinate the schedules of two attorneys, ensuring they are well-prepared for client consultations. • Update clients, attorneys, and calendars with any changes to consultation schedules. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to respond promptly to client inquiries. • Conduct thorough intake interviews to collect necessary information and documentation for immigration consultations. • Provide attorneys with client summaries before consultations to facilitate effective engagement. • Enter client data into case management systems in preparation for consultations. • Offer empathetic support and guidance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally. • Maintain organized records of client communications and case-related documentation. • Assist clients in using the Clio Client Portal and troubleshoot any issues. • Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and internal processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Sales experience - able to influence and inspire people to work with the firm. • Previous experience working in immigration law is a must. • Proficiency in using the Clio case management system is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of various visa categories, including but not limited to B, E1/E2/E3, H-1B, H3, F1, J-1, L-1, O-1, P1, and employment and marriage-based green card processes. • Familiarity with the document requirements for each type of immigration case listed above. • Ability to anticipate what visa types will likely be discussed in a consultation based on the information provided by the prospective client in the initial outreach and draft clarifying questions or request supporting documentation that will be useful to an attorney in the consultation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and client care. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly DOE
