The IGC Corporate Partnerships team works with brands, including Toyota, Bud Light, and Progressive, enabling them to reach an audience and demographic to which we have unique access. We are now growing our team and have created a new Sales Coordinator position.

The Sales Coordinator will be a crucial member of the IGCs Partnership team, whose key responsibilities will be to ideate and compile new programs for prospective partners and share them with the sales team. You will also be coordinating and collaborating with our internal teams to create exciting ideas to solve our clients problems.
As the ideal candidate, youll have a proven success record of creating decks, outlines, and documents professionally, creatively, and efficiently, which are informative and appealing to prospective partners. You'll also have the desire to develop into a sales role which would include identifying potential future partners and conducting outreach.
REQUIREMENTS
- Create and deliver attractive and informative sales proposals and pitch decks, allowing our sales team to present clear proposals to bring prospective partners into esports and show how IGC is the best fit for their brand
- Lead internal brainstorms with IGCs marketing and event teams to create new ideas and concepts for sales pitches.
- Communicate progress and status to IGCs sales managers and determine the best next steps.
- Join IGCs sales representatives and managers on sales calls to take notes as needed and help with prospecting and cold calling
- Manage tracking of partnership proposals through Asana, ensuring that deadlines are effectively communicated and met.
- Create and keep track of proposal P&Ls
- Manage ongoing meetings as the central point of contact, provide regular status reports, and disseminate information to key stakeholders.
- Assist IGCs Account Management team on existing partnership accounts in the ongoing management and execution of all projects and deliverables associated with IGCs Partners, including but not limited to new development, internal and external communication, and recommendations for enhancements that automate processes or generate additional revenue
- Assist the department head on all tasks regardless of focus or specialization
- Desire to transition into a partnerships sales role.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Strong project and program management skills
- Proven experience of creating clear and creative presentation decks and documents which resonate with potential partners
- Adept at keeping pace with creating multiple documents and decks while maintaining a high-level accuracy and quality in each project.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously and problem solve
- A business acumen and understanding of what prospective partners want and what we can deliver
- Enthusiastic and passionate about bringing our partners into the world of esports and building IGCs brands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge and familiarity with google suite apps (google docs, sheets) a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure with an inbuilt resilience for when things get exciting.
- A passion for gaming and esports, ideally in the leagues and games in which we complete
- The following skills are not required but are a plus:
- Graphic design skills/proficiency with adobe suite
- Portuguese Language Proficiency
- Experience of working in esports
