Commission based

You will sign into an online fitness coach's instagram account and initiate 1000 new DM conversations per month, both warm outreach and cold outreach.

When you break down the 1000 DM's, its 250 new DM conversations per week, 36 per day. We have our VA's split that 36 up into 12, 12, and 12 throughout their day to make it easier. You can split however you would like as long as the 36 new conversations are started per day.

Outside of the new conversations you are starting, you will be required to answer and stay on top of current/previous DM conversations and not let them go cold. Your job is to use DM outreach to find quality leads for your coach, and book them on a sales calls.

You can expect to spend anywhere from 1.5-3 hours a day with this role, what you put in is what you get out. Most VA's close 2-3 new clients a week and make anywhere from $300-$1200 a month!

We are looking for personable individuals that can bring the energy in the DM's and that have the time to check their coach's account on and off throughout the day!
