    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Internal Operations to oversee and optimize our internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a passion for improving organizational efficiency, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership & Management:
      • Lead and manage the internal operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
      • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support the company's goals.
      • Ensure alignment of internal operations with overall business strategy.
    • Operational Excellence: * Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Financial Oversight: * Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for internal operations. * Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards. * Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and optimize operational expenditures.
    • Human Resources & Development: * Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. * Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. * Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
    • Technology & Innovation: * Leverage technology to improve operational processes and efficiency. * Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions. * Ensure the effective use of operational software and tools.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in operational software and tools.
