Job Description
The Implementation Consultant focuses on leading and supporting the implementation of HireVue's product suite for customers, with an emphasis on process optimization and consulting. The primary responsibilities include collaborating with customers to map current and future recruitment processes, configuring the HireVue platform according to best practices, and ensuring successful project execution within scope and budget. The Implementation Consultant also facilitates workshops, supports end-to-end testing, and guides customers on training and change management to enhance user adoption. Additionally, the role involves assisting senior project managers in planning and executing smaller projects, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and identifying risks. Strong project management skills and familiarity with HireVue's delivery methodology are essential for success in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Implementation & Consulting
Collaborate and consult with customers to help them optimize their hiring processes through mapping of current state and future state recruitment processes.
Lead customers through overall product set-up and enablement during project implementations leveraging best practices, coordinating and including internal resources as needed Ensure effective project execution on time and within budgeted hours.
Facilitate workshops focused on process optimization and configuration of HireVue product suite.
Work as part of a team on customer projects, owning/delivering defined workstreams.
Configure the HireVue platform based on customer requirements, using best practices.
Support process maps with integration points across HireVue products, balancing customer needs with product capability.
Support end-to-end testing strategies based on configurations and desired workflows.
Direct and guide customers to recommend product training for customers and new platform users and may also deliver training.
Support project team recommending communication and change management plans to reinforce user adoption.
Help keep documentation up to date.
Project Management
Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing small projects (<$100k) using HireVue delivery methodology.
Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Track project progress and report updates to project team and management.
Communicate with team members to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
Document project meetings and decisions.
Identify and communicate project risks. Readily identify, analyze, and escalate in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1-year related SaaS implementation experience in Professional Services, Solution Delivery or Talent Acquisition field preferred
Technical aptitude - must be comfortable using new software and quick to learn new systems. Must be able to discuss technical concepts (e.g. SSO, integrations) at a high level
Standard T2O Badge
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts to customers.
Experience supporting change management initiatives.
Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment
Working knowledge of HR & Recruiting best practices preferred
Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently in a competitive and fast paced environment
Ability to leverage the HireVue internal network across departments

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings. Some travel may be expected to support customer meetings, attend trade shows, etc.
