    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Implementation Coordinator to join our team and provide specialized support to practice managers during the implementation process. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for practices as they onboard onto our platform. The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with practice managers to address their implementation needs and ensure their success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for practice managers, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to practice managers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively utilize the blockit platform.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address implementation needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Assist practice managers with data migration, system configuration, and other technical tasks as needed.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline implementation processes and improve the customer experience.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with practice managers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Provide regular updates and communication to practice managers regarding implementation progress and next steps.
    • Act as a liaison between practice managers and internal teams, advocating for practice manager needs and priorities.

    • Ability to maintain poise and work through escalations and/or challenging requests.
    • Experience working with practice management systems or electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or an equivalent education required
    • 1-2 years experience in Customer Support position or related field required
    • Experienced working in a physician/medical practice highly preferred
    • Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred
    • Experience working in a startup environment is desirable
