    Job Description

    The Import/Export Coordinator is responsible for providing international logistics support to internal and external customers. This position performs administrative duties to ensure assigned company and department operations flow smoothly.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Process invoices for international small package shipments
    • Provide export alerts and documents as required for shipments
    • Process and create ship line orders as needed for consolidated shipments
    • Route Collect/Third Party international freight according to customers routing instructions
    • Coordinate and process international shipments for various distributors and FTS International Tableware partners and other international customers as required
    • Prepare BOL’s
    • Classify international vendor invoices with HTS numbers for importation
    • Assist the Logistics Manager with other administrative tasks
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
    • At least two years' experience in a shipping/logistics or similar environment
    • Microsoft Office literate and capable of learning other computer skills
    • Ability to operate office equipment, phone system and company software
