About the Role:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to help farmers succeed? Join us as our first In-Field Customer Success Representative.
In this critical customer-facing role, you will support new, existing, and prospective customers, guiding them to success. You'll help vineyard managers and viticulturists discover and implement the value of our cutting-edge technology, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also collaborate with our sales team to conduct on-site demonstrations and training, and customer support.
