    Waste Away Dumpster Service, LLC is a locally owned, growing company providing waste and recycling collection services for commercial and industrial customers throughout the Huntsville Metro Area. Waste Away Dumpster Service has successfully serviced the North Alabama Area for over 18 years.

    Waste Away Dumpster Service is growing, and our growth is your opportunity! We currently have an opening for a talented and ambitious In-Field Sales Representative to join our sales team to work in an assigned territory in the Huntsville Metro Area communities. This position is ideal for a candidate who is looking for a challenging role and an opportunity to build a career in an organization that is growing and building for the future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop new business by identifying prospective customers, developing relationships, and working with potential customers to provide a service solution to meet their needs.

    · Maintain current customer base by providing a high level of customer service, providing follow-up and support regarding existing service.

    · Develop a strong understanding of the industry and Waste Away's operational procedures.

    · Collaborate with team members to provide client solutions that align with customers’ business needs.

    · Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales activities.

    · Proven motivation, the ability to build professional relationships, and convert contacts into customers.

    · Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

    · Aptitude for understanding and articulating Waste Away’s competitive advantages to secure and maintain customers.

    · Eagerness to learn about the industry.

    · Attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and superior time management skills.

    · Effective communication with all levels within customer organizations, including executive management, and the ability to conduct sales presentations and provide customer support.

    · Familiarity with the Huntsville Metro Area marketplace and existing relationships or the ability to quickly form a network of contacts in the assigned territory.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    · Industry experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

    · Business to business outside sales experience preferred, but not required.

    · Demonstrated persistence and resilience in promoting and selling services.

    · Ability to work independently, plan, and prioritize work.

    · Effective communication with various levels and personalities within an organization.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Benefits:

    · Very Competitive Base Salary paid weekly

    · Very Competitive Commission plan paid monthly
