About the Role:

Around The Clock Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Allentown, PA. As an In Home CNA, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Assist with medication reminders and administration

Follow personalized care plans and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous experience in a home care or long-term care setting

Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
