CNA/HHA Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care
Personal Care Assistance (including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities).
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report changes in client's health and well-being
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients
Offer kind-hearted companionship and emotional support to patients
Foster a positive and compassionate care experience
CNA/HHA Qualifications:
Active MN CNA Certification (preferred)
Prior CNA or HHA experience in home care or a similar setting (assisted living, hospital, etc)
Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 18 yrs. or older
Able to travel within our covering territories
